Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ClariX Core for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ClariX Core
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

• Using the Service to transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material

The materials on ClariX Core are provided on an 'as is' basis. ClariX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall ClariX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ClariX Core, even if ClariX or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on ClariX Core could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ClariX does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ClariX may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

ClariX has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ClariX of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Payment Terms

All payments for ClariX Core services are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing to any paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the subscription amount. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

11. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on ClariX Core, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of ClariX or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

13. User Content

Any content you submit, post, or display on ClariX Core is done so at your own risk. ClariX does not control user-submitted content and does not warrant the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. You retain all rights to any content you submit.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ClariX Core for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or abusive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within ClariX Core
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
